DONCASTER 1.20 ... ERMINE SEA @ 12/1

Trainer not particularly renowned for 1st time out winners but Tony McCoy is an interseting booking for this former flat recruit, who is bringing one of the highest ratings from that discpline to his 1st attempt in public over hurdles.
This looks quite competitive however so will advise smallish stakes as there are some other interesting contenders in former soft ground flat performers Moody Tunes (too big at 40/1) Lap Of Honour (would have a bit to find on flat form with the selection) and German import El Dancer (looks decent on form)
Those already tried in National Hunt, Quwetwo should have been schooled well since joining Howard Johnson/leaving Sue Smith but interesting she sends one here to take on her former inmate with Stagecoach Pearl, but he looks held on form by Surprise Pension and Moonwalking.
Ermine Sea has ran well up to over 1.6 miles on the flat on soft ground and had decent Hurdler/Chaser Crossbow Creek well behind when winning a Newbury maiden.
Although there could be a few doubts about the form of the yard, he is another to have been well schooled for the job, and was thought good enough to contest Listed and Group company in France, so could have a little bit of class about him.
