Xpress Maite looks in the form of his life and won well latest getting 2lb from Charles Parnell when pulling clear of the nearest persuers 6 lengths in arrears, and though never won off a mark this high, did finish 2nd here last May off 5lb higher with Bo McGinty (only 1lb better today) 5 & 1/2 length back in 6th.
Paul Hanagan been aboard Bo McGinty for 5 of his 8 successes and 2 of those here from a similar low draw, and appeared to run his best races in the early months last Year, also has a 7lb pull in the weights with Ingleby Arch from their last encounter at Great Leighs, so on that evidence I would give the edge to Bo McGinty.
A Line through Jack Rackham 6th behind Xpress Maite latest, would also give the selection the advantage over Realt Na Mara.
Came Back has won here off higher for Kevin Ryan, but it would take a leap of faith to trust the Jockey to ride to the best of her abilities, but if doing so wouldn't be a shock winner!
Thoughts Of Stardom is closely weighted with Bo McGinty and I can see those Two fighting out the minor places, and will again take those 2 for the F/C!
