Summary of Results

Today's selection Advanced, shortened dramatically in the market before the off, from opening @ 16/1 to go off @ 8/1 and ran basically as we expected against those with previous handicap form and had them all beat, but he wasn't as advanced as the eventual winner who looks a Group horse waiting to happen.
Unproven in handicaps, Palace Moon went off favourite and demolished the field by 5 length.
We hadn't however given Palace Moon the credit he deserved, as a 3 year old last season he gave 2 Year Old Khor Dubai 19lb in a conditions stakes on his final run of the term when going down narrowly by less than a length.
On equal weights with our selection he was the only one of the field on our ratings who could could have possibly been the danger, and he duly proved better than we assessed.

Costing the bank a 1 point loss from the profits

Hindu Kush, normally a front runner was held up and possibly that went against him but wasn't making any inroads on those in front and cost the bank another 1 point deficit.
