Rimsky ran a good race overall, having led halfway and looked to be going well until until tiring 2 from home. Not good enough though costing a 1 point loss to an otherwise healthy betting bank.
Norman The Great didn't do great, but the suggested E/W @ 12/1 paid a small return on the race as opening on course @ 9/1 went off 7/1 so we got the early value and recouped some of the loss on the previous race to claim 1.2 point profit return for the place.
Overall a 0.3 point loss on a day we didn't get too involved in, and sometimes being patient will see us have better days.
