ASCOT 5.00 YOUNG MICK @ 11/1 WillHill, Lads
George Margarson's gelding has an admirable record at this venue with 4 wins and 3 places form 11 starts here.
Has dropped back to his last winning handicap mark, although he has ran off 15lb higher and won the Cumberland Lodge Stakes off 104 so is arguably well treated running off 96 today.
Got a shocking run when bumped in the Sagaro Stakes and has 14lb in hand of Record Breaker form their last run at Nmkt where he wouldn't have liked the undulations.
Back to his favoured hunting ground at his preferred distance he should run a race.

ASCOT 5.35 TYRELLS WOOD @ 15/2 WillHill
Progressed throughout last season as he got stronger and steadily stepped up in trip.
Came into his own when tried over the jumps at the end of last season and returned with a good run behind Bell island, who won his next start before running a decent race to finish 3.5 length behind recent Ascot Stakes winner Judgethemoment (even accounting to have bled from the nose).
Was a bit outclassed in the Triumph hurdle before returning with a win back on quicker ground at Plumpton, and his 7 length beating of the stayer Mr Crystal last time showed him to be on the up with the 3rd 18 length further in arrears.
This represents a step up in class, but going the right way and if running to that form the 8lb penalty looks negligible.

ASCOT 4.25 ORPSIE BOY 1/2 pt E/W @ 33/1 V.C. WillHill
Always comes from behind and has been unlucky in running on more than one occasion.
Gearge baker never out the 1st 3 on 4 rides aboard this gelding winning twice, albeit on the All Weather.
What he does need is a strong pace which is about guaranteed here and will be making his challenge late on.
Is a C/D winner and was getting going all too late in the Hong Kong Sprint over 5fl here last season and granted a similar clear run should be thereabouts over this more suitable trip.

3 TO WATCH:
Newmarket 14:40 Baunagain 11/1
First run for Peter Chapple Hyam
Royal Ascot 15:05 Enroller 14/1
Had Favourite Dr Freemantle behind in the St Leger along with Irish Derby winner Frozen Fire.
Should come on a bit for his 1st run back when he looked to need the run but won quite well in the end.
Won't need to improve much to win this at what looks his ideal trip.
