HAMILTON & DONCASTER

HAMILTON 4.35 LEONID GLOW @ 7/1 (Gen)
Drops in grade after taking on better opposition since raised 8lb for winning in this class last August.
Been dropped 4lb since so now qualifies for this lower grade again.
Was only beaten 6 lengths on its comeback run in a race that is working out really well and had excuses since, though wasn't beaten far from a bad draw on its penultimate run.
The opposition are stepping up in grade and though she has to concede weight to all her rivals, should have too much class for these.

LEONID GLOW 2 points @ 7/1

DONCASTER 8.40 RED FAMA @ 33/1 Bet365, Coral

Hasn't been out since January, where not for the 1st time he has disappointed at Southwell.
Looks to want soft going on past runs where he has won 3 and placed 2 others from 6 outings on soft turf last season.
Although those runs over slightly further, he normally travels smoothly and has won 2 of those by a decent margin.
His final run last season he wasn't disgraced over 14fl on heavy going as he met one too good in 'Hits Only Vic' who has since went on to higher things from that mark of 82 to win 3 since, the latest being the John Smith's Silver Cup (listed) at York off 15lb higher (97).
The first of those wins last year was after a 13 week break so he is proven to go well fresh.
Jimmy Quinn is retained for the ride having rode him to victory twice and placed once from the 4 times he's been on board and any more rain no problem.

RED FAMA 1 point E/W @ 33/1
