Won here off this mark last August on good/firm then won the Doncaster Stakes (listed) on good going off 4lb higher, and should find this easier than the 2000 Guineas or the Craven Stakes when running off 13lb higher later last season.

Won 3 of his 8 starts at this trip, and after a respectable run last time in a Class2 Newmarket Handicap, having been kept to listed or class2 h/cap company since his last win, drops 2 grades for this.

Could just have the class edge over these and being a course and distance winner another plus in his favour.
