Summary of Analysis & Evening Update

No Evening Selection's

Opus Maximus getting weight from the field would no doubt have helped his cause but from the widest draw has again ran well today at Chester to finish an honourable 3rd. The decision to go against a win bet was an obvious one to take but the place only suggested has payed dividends to those taking the lowish odds.

Macdillion has ran another good race at Sandown to finish 4th and was only 2 length away at the line. As the race was run slightly faster than standard, he could come on for this run after the 6 week break as it looked a good effort against some battle hardened sprinters.

I was surprised Johannes went off at the 7/2 as he won quite comfortably, and opening on course at 9/2 I feel would have been a worthy bet.
When I looked early morning he was trading around the 3/1 mark so I slipped up there.
Bel Cantor went far side, which he did last season and Thebes went with him and finished 2nd best of those 2 runners as the stands side had a definite advantage.
The others from the Analysis, Red Cape got the 2nd spot and Atlantic Story did run better than his 12/1 SP which I thought he might when just behind in 3rd.

I feel I read the races I looked at quite well today, but made the correct decision not to get involved as the best from the analysis would have been the place suggested on Opus Maximus at restrictive odds but those of you who played at least got a return :)
