Mymumsaysimthebest got all sweated up before the start and took a keen grip during the race, and in the circumstances ran encouragingly to lead until the last 100 yards so a bit unlucky possibly not to go one better.
The E/W play I believe was the correct call, to collect 2.2 point profit and If settling in the preliminaries next time he would be one to follow.
Unbreak My Heart also ran a decent race from being held up, but may want it a bit slower than the fast ground he encountered here to help slow the others down a bit.
A 1 point loss on this contest to account for an overall 1.2 point profit for the day is no great shakes but better than any loss in my book!
