Magical Speedfit was full of running held up on the rails, and lost all chance when hampered 2 from home and started the day 1 point adrift.
Sonny Parkin, though not getting the best of runs probably wouldn't have won anyhow in all fairness, but we may have got the place part of the 20/1 which would have helped, and he didn't go off unfancied at 12/1 but the race was won from the off when William Buick gave an enterprising ride aboard Thunder Gorge and another 1 point adrift.
The 3rd selection, Fell Pack, advised @ 10/1 looked like he was going to go assunder by the market confidence when drifting out to 14/1, but fought on strongly to win by just under a length, and could follow up under similar conditions.
Those taking with B.O.G. bookies scored another 4 points to bring in 12 points profit on the day, but at the advised prices we account for 8 points profit on the day!
