Bath 5.10
Was the only race I looked at and came up with the following conclusion.......
Kyllachy Storm is improving but takes on better class animals and I'm not convinced he is worthy of the short price 5/2 on offer in this better race.
He finished just over 2 length behind Desperate Dan here last August getting 13lb.
Improve since, he races off a 22lb higher mark and has to give him 3lb today and I think he is vulnerable.
Countrywide City drops 2 grades on only his 2nd outing for Jane Southcombe, and gets firm ground for the 1st time since winning at Warwick last summer.
Last seasons 2Yr Old form is standing up quite well with the likes of Kerry's Requiem, Shamwari Lodge, Madame Trop Vite, Anglezarke who are all running off marks around 100 taking on their elders.
Would have liked to have seen more last time but could be worth a look in the place market between 7/1 & 8/1
Desperate Dan has also ran well here in the past and finished 3/4 length 2nd to Dazed And Amazed last September and is now 4lb to the good.
Dazed And Amazed, beaten less than 1.5 length here off 11lb higher in the past, looks the more likely winner over The Tatling from their last encounter, and Misaro on ratings, is the better of the Ron Harris trained duo.
I have Dazed And Amazed and Misaro best in, with old boy The Tatling and Desperate Dan for the minor honours.
Overall a tricky race where draw and ability to handle the track are going to play a major part, and between all the runners I favour Dazed And Amazed but No Bet Today.
