Ace Of Spies ran well every start this season until last time out from the coffin box draw at Beverley.

Likes to front run so the others will be put to the test from the start, and though he runs off a 9lb higher mark than for his win at Newcastle, his ability to stay will be an asset on this track where stamina comes into play.
He hung right across the track at N/cle so this left handed turn from his low draw should help if that trait comes to the fore again, but the 1st 2 were well clear and the 2nd won at Doncaster on Saturday beating recent winners into the bargain.

He wasn't disgraced on his penultimate outing giving the winner 15lb after being held up, yet was staying on best at the finish.
