Summary of Results York Ebor

Deutschland was strongly fancied by someone before the off, as after they opened at the advised odds @ 20/1 on course, a large E/W wager saw him go off @ 14/1.
He was running a great race and making inroads, until it was I believe Manyriverstocross or Warringah dropped back in front of him and the Racing Post write up says it all .......

{mid-division, headway over 4f out, pushed along over 3f out, running on when not clear run inside final furlong, never able to challenge and eased}

beaten 2 length .......

A 2 point loss and gutted that we didn't get the clear run as I thought we were going to collect at least the place at worst.

Stablemate Sesenta took the honours so a good day for the Mullins Camp and also for the 5lb claiming jockey who got a great run through and I believe was having his 1st ride (in England) for the Yard.
If so, undoubtedly he will be getting the leg up on horses from other top yards in the future.

I have some personal business to attend to tommorrow so IF no early posts before 10 a.m. there will be no selections tommorrow!!
