
I thought he would take them along from the inside berth but he only got going in the last 1/2 furlong and got a dream run up the inside as Hypnosis drifted further away from the rail!
Hypnosis just got the better for 2nd spot of the 4 fighting out the places. Nickel Silver seemingly lost his balance coming out the dip having gone right with him and hung into The Nifty Fox.
He kept the position after a Stewards Enquiry.
A 2 point loss and perhaps an E/W should have been the call @ the 10/1 available but it was a close call between those fighting the minor honours
The biggest disappointment of the race was Le Toreodor who was well backed into 9/4 favourite yet missed the kick and dropped away when unable to get into it.
Northern Bolt showed he will handle this faster going to go down around 2 length and was picking up late on, so a return to slightly further or another drop in the weights will see him competitive soon.
